THE COLONIAL SECRETARY moved the first reading of a Bill intituled, An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding fourteen million and eighty-four thousand six hun- dred and sixty-two dollars ($14,084,662) to the Public Service of the year 1921.
THE COLONIAL TREASURER seconded.
The Bill provides that the said sum shall be charged upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony and may be expended as hereina ter specified, that is to say:--
